Bayside offers the perfect opportunity to cover some ground; do some work, then cover some more ground in short bursts which is what I like to do….so we did.
Essentially I did a roaming COP, and each stop I chose and upper body exercise, lower body exercise and an AB exercise, and then we moved on. It really makes the time go and keeps the blood pumping. Upper Body Exercises were Burpees, Merkins, Derkins, T-Merkins, Hand Release Merkins. Lower Body Exercises Were Squats, Copperhead Squats, Groiners, Mountain Climbers, and thru in some Dips. Abs were Big Boys, LBC’s, American Hammers, Freddie Mercury’s, and something else 🙂
A highlight of bayside is they have a Football Field marked off on the Parking Lot so I had to make use of that. We did a Triple Nickel. Lined up at the Endzone….5 Merkins, Bernie Sanders to the 50 Yard Line, 5 Squats, Sprint back to the Endzone…..Rinse and Repeat 5 Times.
