PAX- Ladybird (R), Drysdale (R), Leno, Tenderfoot, Glowsticks, Diane Dukes, Jitterbug (QIC)
Mosey half way down Bike,Walk,Run Path for COP….Just getting ready to get started and we see a couple of absolute HIM heading up the Path……@Focker and @Backflop putting in some miles. SSH, Grassgrabbers, Hillbilly Walkers, Stretching, Merkins and Squats. A few Boyos thrown in
Thang 1- another couple hundred yards down the hill and had the group perform a triple nickel. Two concrete benches about 50 yards apart. 5 burpees, sprint to next bench…5 jump squats and bernie sanders back….rinse and repeat for a total of 5 sets.
Thang 2- Mosey down to lower lot by the Farmers Market. Next set was 20 T-Merkins, 20 Monkey Hummers, 20 Big Boys….we then continued to the hill leading up out of the lot, where I had the PAX bernie sanders up to top of the hill and across the street to small parking lot.
Thang 3- Circled up for some Mary. Gas Pumps, Freddie Mercurys, Plank Jacks and something else.
Thang 4- Set off on a Mosey along the trails with the goal of ending up at the Pavilion at the bottom of the back hill. This turned out to be a longer mosey than anticipated because as everyone but me realized, I didn’t know where I was going. Thanks to Leno for allowing me to make and grow from my mistake.
Thang 5- At the Pavilion each pax grabbed a bench for Incline Merkins, Dips, and Step-ups. Got thru round one when some Dads came up with their 2.0’s to do some fishing next to our spot. Decided to turn over the space to them and we started up the back hill
Thang 6- Halfway up the back hill…more benches. Split group into two and we alternated Dips and Big Boys, 20 each for 3 sets.
Thang 7- Moseyed to the Picnic Tables at the top of the Hill. Each Pax Grabbed a table and alternated between 10 Dips, 10 Step ups and 10 Incline Merkins for 5 Minutes.
Thang 8- 5 Minutes of Mary
