Showed up a little early and set up.

10 PAX joined the COP.

Took a mosey around the square to buy some time while the train kept us from the parking lot. Skull Crushers, Curls and Over Easy as the train moved along.

The exercises were Hand Release Merkins, Toddler Squats, Toe Touch Big Boy, Pickle Pounder Plank Jacks, Carolina Dry Docks and Burpess for the overachievers.

Respect to Holly Roller. Dude is on one leg, getting a new knee in a week and still out paced all of us. What a beast!

We often cheat on our exercises and today was all about accountability. Each movement forced a focus on form and full range movement. Life is the same way. We cut corners when no one is looking. Each PAX was challenged to hold themselves and those around them accountable.
