When I originally took this Q, I had planned to make this workout to celebrate my 45th birthday on 12/5. Given the recent events in Michigan, I have created a workout of the day (WOD) to honor, TATE MYRE, a 16 year old football player. He took on an active shooter, sacrificed his own life and saved others in the process. Bring a coupon and something heavy like a sandbag if you have one. Gloves are recommended. SYITG!
