This morning the men who showed up at The Nest didn’t stop for one second. We all ran hard and pulled each other forward the entire WO. My goal was to keep everyone together, grow stronger together, and accomplish something hard together. We did.
That’s all I’m going to say about the workout because this morning dozens, God forbid hundreds, or our fellow brothers and sisters in the Midwest didn’t wake up this morning because of the storms that tour through the Midwest last night. As I write this no one knows how many thousands are without a home.
It reminds me that today is a gift and tomorrow is not promised. Keep all those in need in mind, keep an eye and ear open so that we can recognize where and when we can help, and love on those nearest and dearest to you.
