This is quite overdue, but wanted to be sure I post! Our numbers were thinner that day, due PAX traveling and the launch of a NEW BlackOps site in Goshen thanks to Flexseal and Viking! There was also a 2.0 Q going on at Bayside, so plenty of awesome things to support away from The Boondocks on a slightly cold and wet morning. We pressed on at The Moonshiner….and by we I mean two of us, Bulletin and Swag. And Bulletin told me that if he didn’t have the flags to plant, I’d have been working out solo. My question is, if an F3 HIM works out alone, did it happen? I digress.
Bulletin and I did a quick mosey to warm up, then headed under the picnic table area for some SSH, downward dog and a few merkins.
The Main Thang:
YHC Decided last minute to do a tabata heavy, for some reason my legs were sore…oh wait I remember, Ruby delivered a smoke show the day before at The Patriot.
45 seconds on, 20 seconds off, 3 sets each of:
- Coupon Squats
- Overhead Press
- Big Boy w/ Coupon
- Man Makers
After Round 1, we ran down past the ball fields and back to start round 2.
Got almost all the way through round 2 before time was called.
Before we even got to the flags, that Bulletin was so kind to bring to help me avoid working out alone, he began count-o-rama. I’m glad he did.
Announcements were made about the monthly ruck and convergence. Intentions were given for a few members of Bulletins family.
In all seriousness, I really enjoyed the opportunity to spend some one on one time working out with Bulletin. Always great to have some time to get to know a fellow F3 brother better and I felt like I did that.
Bulletin like many others have been a part of F3 for much longer than I have and have all contributed to what it is today. I’m certainly grateful for him and the many other PAX like him within F3.
