We started with a light 1 mile Indian run! After we were done with the warm-up we proceeded to do bear crawl Merkin moseys and crabwalk pickle pounder moseys. Then mixed in some lunges rifle carries and sprints and then threw in high rep partner arms shoulders and legs. Mixed with more running/sprints and finished with five minutes of Mary. All and all about a 7 out of 10 in difficulty. Thanks for having me out Goshen!
