Four years ago. Man, that’s hard to believe. I remember it like it was [almost] yesterday. And somehow within those 4-years I’ve posted 750x. I’m still no specimen of good health, but I’m certainly better off than where I started before I found F3. And, as a result I’ll chalk that up as one for the good guys.
That said, keep spreading the word about the power of this group to others. Some may say it’s cliché to say that F3 is more than a workout…but it’s so true.
Time was called and disclaimers were provided. I made sure the PAX knew that despite my physical appearance, I was still not a professional.

We went straight into COP with the standard Jolly set, which included SSH, Toy Soldiers, Downward Dog + Runner Stretches, Grass Grabbers and Hillbillies. Then, on to the main event.
The Thang – 750s
Yep, made that up – F3 Exicon submission pending.
We would do a lap around campus stopping in 5 pre-defined spots and do 50x reps of an exercise…and the exercises would change for each lap. For those non-math majors out there: 5 pre-defined spots, 50x reps each, and 3 laps = 750 reps.
- Lap 1 – Rifle Carry Coupons in between the pre-defined spots and 50x Curls at each. As Brown Water said at some point, it always looks better on paper…and that was so true.
- Lap 2 – Mosey in between the pre-defined spots and 50x SSHs at each.
- Lap 3 – Mosey in between the pre-defined spots and 50x LBCs at each.
We ended with a few minutes to spare, which Dauber exclaimed that it was perfect timing; however, I reminded him I’m not a professional. And plus, we still had a full minute and that was just enough time for a round of Gas Pumps led by YHC.
COT:
Countarama, namearama, announcements and intentions.
Always humbled to lead!
Jolly Rancher out!
