It was my first time Qing at the Patriot and it did not disappoint, I hope to be asked back. 17 total PAX in all and we all got after it and got better. Mannequin, Hei Hei, and Patty were beasts leading the charge. Swingset, Honeycomb, Swag, Ruby, Saul Goodman, Furdays, Scammer, Layover, Rip Van Winkle, SQL, and Tagalong were all working hard and getting after it, great work men! Really impressed with Piccolo and Snaggletooth (16 and 17 year olds) up that early and working hard. Truly impressive, I wish I had F3 in my teens. Keep at young men! Thang 1 was 7’s – manmakers up top and jump squats at base of Heartbreak Hill. Thang 2 was 20 crossover merkins, 20 coupon swings, 20 curl pressers, 20 bent over rows, 20 squats, 20 LBC’s and finally 10 burpees. After completion run around the courthouse then rinse and repeat. Circled up, announcements – Swag awarded Saul Goodman with a 50 post patch! It’s awesome that the Patriot HIM’s are keeping track of each others posts, encouraging each other, and then awarding each other of their accomplishments and achievements.
