Weather Low 50s brought out strong numbers of HIMs
Pax:Valdez, Double Pump, Double Down (R), Gisele, Jolly Rancher, Hush Puppy, Snowden, WILDflower, Devitto, PCI, Backflop, Cochran, Abacus, Pelican, Sputnik, Tinkle, Fungi, Brown Water (Q)
We moseyed up to the front lot for COP, Copperhead Squats, Downward Dog, runners stretch, merkins, toy soldiers and SSH. Then headed back to get our coupons and meet up at the portico.
Thang 1: 10 minutes of EMOM 4 pull ups, 10 merkins and 15 squats. All the pull up challenge guys were set for their daily amount, although Devitto and Cochran snuck back to the playground for a few more at the end.
Thang 2: I had a bag filled with exercises that a pax would pull and we would complete. Derkins, farmer carry, t-merkins, big boys, bear crawls, carry coupon up the back stairs, SSH, plank jacks, etc.
Was a great morning but I must admit the music situation was sub-par. I forgot my speaker, but Jolly bailed me out. Usually I curate a nice playlist but didn’t do that either so chose Tom Petty radio on Spotify but that didnt pan out as we had several complaints by song 3. I switched to 90s hits thinking that would be pretty simple, but then TLC’s Chasing Waterfalls came on and Valdez called me out. I will do better next time.
