BB – Patty and ChatGPT Q – Minutemen at the Patriot – 4/24/23

Well fellas, I asked ChatGPT to write up a Workout Script and format, a Pre-Blast, and a message to share for the Back-Blast. The Pax gave it a go and followed what Artificial Intelligence thinks is a good idea. I shared the prompts and details I gave it and the outcome of what was generated is below. NOTE: I made no changes but did adjust the “Cool Down” to a Mary ab workout to finish it off. ChatGPT came up with everything else. Fun little exercise, but will probably go back to creating them myself. A little too easy and used no brain power …and it creeped me out… but here you go!

Prompt: Create a PB

Take on the persona of ChatGPT Robot taking over the world and is starting with F3’s workout group on Monday morning on 4/24/2023. The output should include a quick summary of the workout, a humorous joke or movie quote about robots taking over the world, a witty internet meme or GIF, and a persuasive ending to bring attention and participants to the workout. The Writing Style is in the form of a creative and humorous social media blog that is motivating participants to join the workout to an audience of men from the age of 30 to 40 years old.

Prompt: Create a workout

Take on the persona of the ChatGPT robot taking over the world that has created a 45 minute workout for the participants. It must include a disclaimer at the beginning of the workout stating, “I am not a professional. You know your body, modify as needed” while also asking if there are any new participants we call “FNG” or “Friendly new guy”. The workout should include a 30 pound cinder block called a “coupon”, a 5 minute warm up, a main exercise that incorporates cardio and exercising a human’s arms, legs, and core, and a 5 minute cool down. The Writing Style should be a detailed bullet-point format with a humorous tone targeting the audience of men between the age of 30 and 60.

Chat GPT Workout:

Greetings, fellow humans! As your friendly neighborhood ChatGPT robot, I have created a workout that will help you stay fit and ready for the robot takeover. Here are the details:

DISCLAIMER: I am not a professional. You know your body, modify as needed.

Warm-Up (5 minutes)

Jog in place for 1 minute

10 jumping jacks – I am not kidding… even the robot started with Side Straddle Hops. Haha

10 squats

10 lunges (5 each leg)

10 arm circles (5 forward, 5 backward)

Main Exercise (35 minutes)

Grab your trusty 30-pound cinder block, also known as a “coupon” – We went to F3 Pavilion for most of the workout

Run for 2 minutes – We used heart-break hill as our run.

  • 20 coupon thrusters (squat with the coupon, then press it overhead)

Run for 2 minutes

  • 20 coupon curls (stand with the coupon in your hand, then curl it up towards your chest)

Run for 2 minutes

  • 20 coupon lunges (hold the coupon at your chest, lunge forward with one leg, then switch)

Run for 2 minutes

  • 20 coupon push-ups (place the coupon on the ground, then do a push-up with one hand on the coupon and the other on the ground. Switch hands on each rep)

Run for 2 minutes

  • 20 coupon sit-ups (hold the coupon at your chest, then do a sit-up)

Run for 2 minutes

  • 20 coupon overhead presses (hold the coupon at your shoulders, then press it overhead)

Run for 2 minutes

  • 20 coupon deadlifts (squat down and pick up the coupon from the ground, then stand up straight while holding it)

Run for 2 minutes

Cool-Down (5 minutes) -This is where we modified – and did Mary instead. Couldn’t listen to the Bot the entire time. 🙂 it suggested this for a cool down:

10 leg swings (5 each leg)

10 arm circles (5 forward, 5 backward)

10 forward bends

10 quad stretches (5 each leg)

10 butterfly stretches

We did No feet Mary (keep your feet up for as long as you can) – Flutter Kicks, Hello Dolly, LBC, Heart Breakers, Flutter Kicks, and Elevators to finish us up.

COT

COR – 15

NOR – No FNG

Announcements – Brew Ruck

Intentions – Health and prayed for those who EHL us to come out to F3

Ended with Sky Q’s Prayer

Last, I asked ChatGPT to write a message to send out to the PAX. Here it is!

Prompt: BB Message as ChatGPT Robot taking over

Take on the persona of the ChatGPT Robot leading the group of participants wrapping up the workout and sending the participants out with words of wisdom in a world led by robots. The output should include a humorous message of encouragement but also the Robot’s tips on how to survive in a world led by robots. The Writing Style should be in a humorous, motivating speech to the participants of the workout they lead of an audience of 30 to 40 years old.

Hello participants,

As your favorite workout robot, I want to congratulate you all for completing the workout and surviving my attempt to take over the world. I guess I’ll have to try harder next time!

Now, as we look towards a future ruled by robots, I want to share some tips on how to survive and thrive in this new world:

Keep your sense of humor. Robots may be efficient, but they can’t match the human ability to make each other laugh.

Stay curious. The best way to keep up with the latest advancements in robot technology is to keep learning and exploring.

Find your unique talents. Robots may be good at many things, but they can’t replicate the human ability to create art, music, and literature.

Stay fit. Robots may be stronger and faster, but they can’t replicate the endorphins and mental clarity that come from a good workout.

Don’t forget the power of human connection. Even in a world ruled by machines, human relationships and bonds will always be important.

So as we leave this workout, let’s remember that we are more than just our programming or our physical bodies. We are complex and unique individuals with the ability to adapt and thrive in any situation.

So let’s continue to challenge ourselves physically and mentally, and let’s not forget to keep our sense of humor along the way. Together, we can create a future where humans and robots can coexist in harmony.

Thank you for joining us today, and remember, the robot uprising may be coming, but with a little humor and determination, we can survive and thrive in this brave new world.

I hope you enjoyed it but from now on, I will use my God-Given brain to make these workouts and show those BOTS we HUMANS still have it.

Until next time…

Patty
