Pre-Blast 05/15/2023 Lockbox – BigMo @ Vets

First off, let me say there will be no nudity tomorrow. I know Diablo mentioned something about me showing my cojones, but it ain’t happening. And I wore my only tanktop to mow today, so you’re not even getting a potential side nip. No, tomorrow, although it is my 40th birthday, you get no birthday suit. What you will get, though, is a solid heavy, as learned from the best, Diablo and Kilo. You will not need to bring anything with you but a desire to be strong. We will have a push or two and a circuit to activate your muscles for the week. Kilo has generously let us use all his weighted goodies. He will be bringing them out for me, so it’s a 50/50 chance we have a heavy tomorrow. That being said, I have no back up plan. (Hear that Kilo? Zero back up plan) So come out to Vets tomorrow to celebrate another week in the gloom and another year of life for your friendly neighborhood Lockbox!
