Will be running the modified Murph at The Stable tomorrow. This is a You v. You workout with the goal to complete the reps and will have recommendations on how to modify.

Bring a ruck or vest for the run. Bring sandbag, kettlebell, dumbbell, barbell, coupon or other weight of your liking.

0700 is go time. Victory celebration immediately following!
