My first Q ever was on Derby Day 2018. Since then, I grow’d up a lot; spiritually, mentally and physically. All of those positive changes just would not have happened without F3 guiding me along the way. Sure, I’ve had to make decisions to improve constantly and daily on my own but the opportunities would not have been afforded to me if it weren’t for our Founding Fathers introducing us to this movement over 7 years ago. 150+ Q’s later your Bird (although definitely not a professional) has a pretty good handle on it. To celebrate my journey I’m going to play back that first Q that had me a bundle of nerves in the days leading up.
