For this Q I wanted to keep it simple. Not that the workout would be easy, just a simple-to-remember beatdown because YHC’s brain doesn’t work well at 0530 and I knew I would forget something.
First things first. Mosey the long way over to the tennis courts for the COP.

Arm Circles – backwards and forward
Next, I had the Pax partner up for the rest of the workout. I wanted everyone to have a Pax member to finish this workout together.
Mosey to bottom of Garden Hill. CI brought it to my attention that only two days ago I had lamented we should avoid that hill because of the traffic. We were not let down, that road has way too much traffic for 0530.
Thang 1
Route 66 – There are 5 light posts from where we stood to the top of the cul-de-sac. Starting where we stood, do one burpee and add one at each light post. Work your way around the cul-de-sac and back to our original position. That’s 11 light posts in total. Presto, magic, it’s 66 burpees!
Next we lunge walked halfway up the hill that I warned Insane-o about (taking it to heart from now on, I promise) and then ran back to the tennis courts for Thang 2

Several intentions were offered up to the Sky Q and YHC wanted to emphasize praying for the women in your life (Wife, Moms, Grandmas, Sisters, Daughters) that they may have God behind them to be all they can be.
Old Bay was the six and gave origin of his name, thanks to Zartan.

I really enjoyed the Q today and I could barely sleep worrying about making it right. It’s invigorating to see the cars roll in every morning in the gloom knowing we’re all here to get better. No matter how much I put into F3 I feel like I get way more back from it in return. Thank you guys for standing behind me and encouraging me to be a better man.
