I kept this simple, introduced a few new exercises to the PAX and think all enjoyed.

COP quick and easy: 15 cherry pickers IC, 25 SSH IC, Hamstring hold (10 count down for each PAX)
Run 3-4 light posts (100-150 yards) and perform 50 of an exercise.
50 merkins
50 courtsey lunges
50 big boy sit ups
50 merkin rows (each side)
50 copperhead squats
50 curls ( with Preppy coupons ) essentially a concrete paver, about 12-15 lbs
50 full LBC ( lbc while also moving legs )
50 shoulder raises with Preppy coupons
50 money mayweathers
50 more curls with Preppy coupons ( 15 1/2 up, 15 1/2 down, 20 full curl)
mosey back to back of school
50 shoulder taps ( per side total 100)
shuttlecock led the last 5 min and COT I’m pretty sure they did 1000 more merkins and 1000 lbcs…
