The Thang: 2 minutes AMRAP Merkins, BB Sit-ups, Lunges, Coupon Overhead Press, Coupon Curls, 4 count Flutter Kicks finish with 2-3 laps around the school.
Told the PAX what we were doing and that I was going to record everyone’s reps for each exercise and then I would Q the same Workout in about 3 months and everyone could compare their progress. I stated it at the WO but want to say again that this is not about being able to do more than another pax member but simply a way to record our current abilities and track how we are getting better. Not one man should be ashamed or disappointed by their numbers. They should be incredibly proud of themselves for getting up and getting better while others or doing nothing!
