58 degrees / clear skys and a light dew on the grass.

18 Men (2 DR) came out to get better and support my VQ.  I’ve got to admit.  I didn’t sleep much last night

This got interesting in a hurry.  After counting off, Cowbell makes a comment something to the effect of still being worn out from F***N BUSCHHHHHHH.  Take it how you will but it was a good laugh before we got things started.

I quick mosey around the building for COP.

Runner stretch
Quad stretch
Cobra – back stretch
Arm stretches

Count off in 2’s and pair up.

Mosey down and grab a coupon.  We then took a stroll on the new reflection path that would soon support more of our better together.

P1 starts 200 merkins
P2 runs down the hill, 20 merkins on the new path and bear crawl back. Switch with P1

P1 starts 200 curls

Not a lot of talking going on at this point.  I’m not sure if it was my weinke or guys who were trying to keep count of thier numbers for the 10,000 merkin challenge.

Thang 2
P1 carries a pair of coupons 100 yards and returns.  All while P2 is holding plank.  Rinse and repeat.

Time is almost up so we return the coupons and get in one full lap on the reflection trail before returning for COT.  It seemed to never end.
