This was my first time out to this AO and I gotta say it’s a great place to lead a workout!
Disclaimer was given and we set out for a mosey around the church. Circled up for some warm up that included SSH’s, Abe Vigoda, plankjacks, and some stretching.
Thang 1: Partner up with coupons for some 4 min circuit work. Round 1: P1 AMRAP curls P2 runs roughly 30 yds up the lot for 10 merkins then sprint back to relieve P1. Round 2: P1 overhead press AMRAP. P2 Bernie sanders up the lot and does 10 Bobby Hurley’s then sprint back to relieve P1.
Thang 2: Deck of Cards
Diamonds = Merkins
Hearts = Mountain Climbers
Spades = Curls
Clubs = Squats
Joker 1 = 20 Big Boys
Joker 2 = 20 Dips
