15 pax came out to the Gloom for my 3rd Q. Since it was my first Q in months, I tried to keep it simple, but challenging. Somehow I ended up with a lot of catch me if you can variations.

A few things I learned this morning:
⁃ The cul de sac is now call Cogans Cove… did that happen during my hiatus, or have I just not been paying attention all this time?
⁃ Buschhhhh and Kilo run faster with a coupon over their heads than I run in general. Impressive.
⁃ Kilo expected me to vanquish someone to a bathroom stall, as a tribute to my namesake. Next FNG I bring, I’m naming him Jorts for that sole purpose
⁃ I underestimated how hard it was to Lunge walk down a hill. Good thing I added the coupon on top of it

Catch partner and swap until we made it to the bottom of the hill

Partner 2: sprint up hill and back
We had to get the coupon back up the hill, so partner 1 ran the hill while partner 2 did 10 plank jacks and turned this into a catch me if you can
Thing 3: moseyed back to field and did another coupon catch me if you can baseline to baseline on the soccer field

Finished off the workout at the tennis courts with suicide merkins, call your own Mary and an all you got run up the tennis courts and back.
