St. Al’s back blast – no pancake breakfast

COP – stretching and 101 SSH

Mosey through the park for a Merkin/Air Press Jack Webb.  Again this was no breakfast.  No breaks and not fast.

Mosey back to the parking lot for a partners work.  Partner 1 plank while partner 2 runs 1/4 mile.  4 sets.

Coupon work – 1 minute AMRAPs.  I have to admit that I had some technology issues.  It was analogous to running a marathon but your Garmin says 26.6.  Some minutes were a bit long – Big Boy Sit-Ups, Curls, Americurls, Shoulder Presses, Chest Presses, County Twists.  4 sets.  (New take on LBC’s now named the County Press – 3 count LBC – count 1 left elbow to right knee, count 2 straight up, count 3 right elbow to left knee)

COT – Double Down (R), Alexa, Abacus, Big Bird, Cochran, Selfie, Viking, Little Jerry as Q
