Ooo…this one snuck up on me. Realized on Tuesday I didn’t have a Q scheduled for today. No worries, I’ll handle. Recently eclipsing the 200+ post mark means I’ve seen and done it all. Time to revisit a workout that stood out to me from the past. Thanks Red Roof. 😊

Headed back into the neighborhood for a round of Route 66. I asked if anyone remembered who led this the first time, CI quickly responded with Red Roof.
At the bottom of Beals Branch rd we started with 1 burpee at the street light. Between there and Cogan’s Cove would be 5 more streetlights to hit. We added one burpee at each light and made one extra round at the top of Cogan’s Cove and back to the first street light. Total burpees = 66. Asked FNG (Lambeau) if he was ready to kill Zartan yet? He was good. I almost changed this to add more burpees, I mean we’re all stronger now right? Glad I kept it at the 66. PAX warmed up quickly. Next, we lunged over halfway back up the hill to get back to the park and then moseyed back to the tennis courts.

I enjoyed this workout the first time as well as today. Don’t be afraid to redo any workout from the past (sans coupon carry to Big Rock). We’ve had some good ones.

Intentions and Praises were both given. McAfee mentioned next week is Q School week where all the workouts will be led by site Q’s. We’ll get back to the basics and cover the 5 core principles. Also, the food drive for Wayside will continue all week leading up to the convergence on the 27th at the Posh.
Ruck event is tomorrow night.
Ended with prayer thanking the Lord above for such a special group. Humbled to be a part of it all.
