Want to get stronger and better? Want to push yourself in a new way in the Gloom? Of course you do. Accordingly, bring a weight plate and a kettlebell to Veterans Park on Monday at 5:30 am for a full body heavy workout.
For the weight plate, I suggest a 25-45 lb plate. If you don’t have one, but have a ruck plate in that range, bring that. For the kettlebell, I suggest something in the 20-35 lb range. This may sound odd, but err on the side of “heavy.” You’re not getting up for easy.
If you have a bear that has low to medium level boxing skills, bring it, too.
