11’s at the tomb- started with 10 dips and 1 incline merkin. Worked our way to 1 dip and 10 incline merkins. Arms feeling a bit wobbly after this.
We moseyed to the circle that surrounds the memorial for some running. Lap 1 was a jog, lap 2 a sprint and finish with another jog lap.
5 Min AMRAP session. 60 seconds of each of the below. 30 and 30 for those that required a switch.

V Ups and static V Up ( switch at 30)
So this sucked worse than I thought it would. So we repeated the 3 lap jog-sprint-jog thing to keep the heart rate going and circled back up to do it again. Surprising it still sucked the second time around.
We finished with one lap, jogging half way and sprinting the last half.
