Group 1 runs around the Egg Lawn (.7M) while Group 2 does and AMRAP of 20 hand-release merkins and 20 LBC’s. Switch.
Rinse and repeat with AMRAP of 20 squats and 20 LBC’s. Switch.
Rinse and repeat with AMRAP of 20 squats or hand-release merkins (PAX choice) and 20 LBC’s. Switch.
