The weather was much colder than I would like on Spring Break, mid to upper 40s. But looking at the weather in Louisville, I don’t think I’ll complain too much.

we started with only 7, and after disclaimer given, Mosey to the park area nearby.
COP – SSH (20 IC), Copperhead Squats (20 IC), Grassgrabbers (15 IC), Imperial Waller’s (15 IC).
Thing 1 – there some picnic tables in the park area, and So we started with AMRAP – irkins, dirkins and dips – 1 minute each
next broke into two groups – group 1 runs 2 laps around the park area, while group 2 did Bulgarian split squats (one leg only). Group 2 then runs while group 1 does the split squats.
repeat but split squat so with the other leg.
This is when Glen Rosa showed up. He said that 2 years ago if he was driving by and saw a bunch of strange head movements by dudes in a park, he probably would have just driven by, but now he said he thinks about stopping to see if there is a good workout going on. Aye!
Repeat AMRAP – irkins, dirkins and dips – 1 minute each.

Thing 2 – Partner up – Dora on the hill – 100 merkins, 200 squats, 300 LBC. Partner 1 runs up the hill and back down while partner 2 was doing the exercises.
That was done with about 10 minutes to go, so thing 3 was a Jack Webb – merkins and shoulder taps, in type fashion up to 10:40.
Just a couple minutes left to Mary – box cutters (15 IC), big boys 15, LBC 20
