PB – Worm Q – County BO HEAVY 6/12

I’m bringing a load to the County BO HEAVY on Wednesday. If you have a foot injury, this is the WO for you. We’re going to do some tummy work for the pool time this summer. This won’t be a full body workout. We’re going to focus on Core, Shoulders, Legs, Neck, Back, Chest, Traps, Abs, Forearms, Bi’s, and Tri’s.
