Back-Blast – North Posh – 7/8/19 – Lake of Fire

I wanted to take advantage of the Summer hours and early sunrise so I decided to run back one of my North Posh favorites: Lake of Fire. This workout is simple but effective. Brought to us originally by our very own CI, Lake of Fire has become a North Posh staple and a favorite to the masses(okay, I may be going overboard but I like it and it’s a tough workout that takes full advantage of the NP landscape).

Here is what we did:

Warm-up:

25 x SSH

15 X Grass Grabbers

Downward Dog(L over R, R over L)

25 Single Count Merkins

25 x Mountain Climbers

25 x SSH

Mosey 1/4 mile to the little parking area near the 1st lake. Partner up.

Partner 1: Hard lap around the lake

Partner 2: Start sawing through the board of pain

Board:

150 HR Merkins

200 Lunges – both legs = 1 count

100 Burpees

200 Squats

300 SSH

150 Calf Raises

Indian Run back to the flag. COT and Intentions. July Ruck event on 7/19.
