The birth of the pump and push.
Wednesday’s are usually heavy’s at The Mutt, but the storage area is being used, so the equipment wasn’t available. I tried to use coupons to make a heavy with what we had.

Thing 1: partner up for coupon Dora around the parking lot. Partner 1 runs around the parking lot while partner 2 starts the Dora with 100 curls, 150 squats, 200 overhead presses, 250 bench presses and 300 LBCs.
Thing 2: take coupon to prayer garden for some Mary, with coupon. Going clockwise, everyone call out an exercise with coupon. Glen Ross gave birth to the Pump and Push. It’s a gas pump with an overhead press, or something like that,
Thing 3: coupons up followed by a prisoner run around the school and back to the flag.
