YHC is on the Q tonight at our weekly Ruck Ops workout and I’m pumped for the chance to lead one of these. This workout has quickly turned into one of my favorite posts of the week. Always a great opportunity to put in some hard work to go along with some of the best 2nd F around.
If you’ve never been to one of these I challenge you come give it a try. No ruck? No problem! There will be plenty of extra weight lying around to grab. If extra weight isn’t your thing, come out anyway. What I have planned tonight can be done without a ruck and will still be a great workout. So whether you ruck everyday or have never put one of your back, come give this workout a shot. I’ll even buy you a beer at RECBAR afterward*.
