Temp was 67 degrees with minimal humidity…really nice for late July.  Intro and disclaimer.  COVID warnings and instruction to keep distance.

PAX: Uncle Sam (R), Jitterbug (R), Mr. Hat, Huggies, Nino, Irena (FNG), Flip Flop (Q)

COP: SSH (20 IC), Arm Circles, Michael Phelps, Downward Dog calf/leg stretches, Mountain Climbers (15 IC), Merkins (10).  Mosey around playgroung area. 

Round 1: 50 SSH (4-count); sprint to other end of court; bear crawl 25 feet; mosey back to start and lap around playground.

Round 2: 50 Merkins; sprint to other end of court; bear crawl 25 feet; mosey back to start and lap around playground.

Round 3: 50 Burpees; sprint to other end of court; bear crawl 25 feet; mosey back to start and lap around playground.

Round 4: 50 LBC’s; sprint to other end of court; bear crawl 25 feet; mosey back to start and lap around playground.

Round 5: 50 Squat Jumps; sprint to other end of court; bear crawl 25 feet; mosey back to start and lap around playground.

Round 6:  11’s – Big Boys and 4-count flutter kicks

Mary: 15 Gas Pumps, 15 Big Boys, Switching Leg Raises, 15 Rosalita, 15 Plank Jacks, 15 Double Leg Raises, 15 on your back Hillbilly Walkers.
