Tomorrow we start at 5:15 and go to 6:15. I believe the plan is the finish out the week on Fridays with 1 hour moving forward which sounds good to me! We will need our coupons tomorrow and be prepared for some running as well in short burst. We will be utilizing the Baptizer and the Hill of Stolen Soles. There will be 7 different stopping points. One station will be coupon work mostly focused on shoulders and a little legs. The other 6 stations will be body weight focused work outs with a little run in between each station. We took full advantage of the Garden today! Used both the Baptizer and the Hill of lost souls. We had Coupon work at the bottom in the parking lot along with burpees and Merkins. There were 6 stations along the way from the parking lot up the and around and back down. The workouts at each stop were 5 burpees, 10 merkins and one more workout at each station. So there was 6 different workouts and a coupon station. We did 3 rounds so around 100 Burpees, 200 Merkins, 60 Coupon Swings, 60 Coupon press and 120 Coupon bent over rows. We finished of with 8 of the 9 of us choosing a workout that lasted anywhere from 45 seconds to 1 minute. It was a good one! The Men who rose to the 1 hour challenge were.
