PAX (3) – Nino, Nice n Slow, Huggies
YHC wanted to get a good time on a 5K for myself so I proposed this idea thinking nobody would go for it, especially that it was to be before an epic Hot Wheels beat down.
Anyway, we ran 4 laps around egg lawn plus 3 (0.1 mile cones). This equaled 5 K. We all ran the whole way with Nice n Slow and Nino about 20 yards ahead of YHC.
Final time for myself was 26:18. Best I’ve ever done.
The Hot Wheels beat down was epic as expected. Almost spilled merlot myself…was definitely dehydrated. I don’t recommend doing this all the time but it feels pretty damn good right now.
