After the mass of humanity that showed for the 9/11 backdraft beatdown, I could only wonder if there would be a letdown this morning. I prepared my wienke in a way that it could accommodate 8 or 80. Lucky for me, I got to lead the 8 HIMs that came out and gave there all this morning.
@Sump Pump (Q), @Glen Ross, @Backdraft, @Rih Rih, @Old Bay, @Mays, @Cowbell, @PED

Partner up. P1 runs to the back corner of the parking lot where @Geppetto peers out from time to time. 1 burpee and runs back to P2.
While waiting for P1, P2 begins the below and is relieved by P1. All counts are cumulative:
100- Overhead Claps
200- Big Boy Sit Ups (we stopped at 150)
250- Step-ups (we did not get to these because the next exercises sounded like more fun!
- Ascending Testicles – Start with feet on wall in 15 degree descending. Do 10 Derkins then walk feet up wall to 45 degree. 10 more Derkins then walk feet up wall to full Balls to the Wall pose. 10 derkins or hold the pose.
- 2 man wheelbarrow race across parking lot and back. Each HIM completing 1/2 of the leg. Short on time or we would have gone again.
- Lined up in a plank line with each of the PAX doing a side plank walk to the other end of the line.
- Overhead carry of the coupons back to the coupon garden and then over for COT.
There are multiple events posted on slack. Please do not feel obligated to give to every event.
Intentions were given for all of those in need.
@backdraft2 challenged us yesterday to be the positive in our own lives with the hopes that it rubs off on those around us. I continued the challenge asking the HIMs to make sure that as leaders, make sure to take pause and listen to those around you. A leader that does not listen will soon be surrounded by employees/family/friends with nothing to say.
We asked the Man upstairs to give us the courage to look today in the eye and conquer whatever life has to offer us today and beyond.
