Earlier in the month YHC agreed to Q on the 24th. I expected by 1/24 work would be back to a normal pace…it has been busy and this slipped my mind. Luckily, I saw Big Bird recruiting PAX to skip the Abacus snotwoggler and meet him in a nest at the poshy confines of #theMutt.
For those 13 PAX who braved the Abacus Q they were rewarded with a super easy workout. Well…super easy to Q and remember, but challenging in You v You style.
THANG:
Count off 1 / 2. 1’s line up and 2’s line up in their line. Native American run around the campus 2 laps = 1 mile. If the PAX separates 15 burpees for all PAX.
Circled up for 100 burpees, 200 merkins, 300 LBC’s
Run 2 more laps.
YHC was out of energy for the real murph so these had to suffice for the day.
