The Thang: Work ‘til Failure
The idea is simple: we’ll spend 4 minutes per station doing 2 exercises to failure, take a minute break and move to the next station.
Station 1: Shoulder Press & Upright Row
Station 2: 3 in 1 Merkins (Wide/Reg/Narrow) with 30lb Ruck then without Ruck
Station 3: Standing Rows/Curls
Station 4: Reverse Fly/Tri Extension
Station 5: Shrugs/Reverse Curls
Station 6: Halos/KB Swings
Station 7: Lateral Raise/Forearm Curl
