Workout was simple. Disclaimer then we set off on an Indian Run around Egg Lawn for 1 mile.

THANG 1:

11 Merkins every 30 seconds for 22 minutes

THANG 2:

5 Pull-ups every 60 seconds (challenge yourself between sets…LBC, Squats, something)

OR

10 Squats or Big Boy Sit-ups OR 5 Burpees every 60 seconds
