Weather was muggy but the temp was below 70, so we had that to be thankful for.

0530 hits and no FNGs, so disclaimer given and we moseyed around the running path to the coupon garden, taking note that both playgrounds at the Mutt have been fully dismantled so no pull ups for the near future there.
Everyone grab a coupon and head up to the lot, and circle up. Simple COP, with Kendra Newmans, arm stretches, Finkle swings and downward dog stretch.
Thing 1 – 11 minute AMRAP #1
Starting at the school overhang, 5 burpees, 10 thrusters, 15 merkins and then run to the other side of the lot for 5 Bobby Hurley’s and run back. Rinse and repeat as many times as you can for 11 minutes.
Thing 2 – 11 minute AMRAP #2
Starting at the school overhang, 20 LBCs, 20 Rosalitas, 20 Freddie Mercuries and then Bernie Sanders to the other side of the lot for 5 Bobby Hurley’s and run back. Rinse and repeat as many times as you can for 11 minutes.
Thing 3 – 11 minute AMRAP #3
Starting at the school overhang, 20 curls, 20 rows, 20 overhead press and then karaoke to the other side of the lot for 5 Bobby Hurley’s and run back. Rinse and repeat as many times as you can for 11 minutes.
We ended this third set a minute early, so I could get to something fun.
Partner up. Each partner elbow planks facing each other (e.g. looking into their eyes). Then a game of rock, paper, scissors. If you lost, you do 3 burpees while the winner holds plank. If you tie, each does one burpee. Rinse and repeat for a couple minutes.
Return coupons and head back to the flag.
