What meal is in the Crock Pot?
Come to the Heavy tomorrow at the County and spend some time under the (Olympic) bar. I’ll bring the barbell, you bring the rucks and dumb bells. Extra Credit if you wear your ruck the whole time. We won’t do many reps… but we’ll do them EMOM. Come get some. Meet at the playground.
