I’m not a Q machine like F-Stop or Squid or some others out in the region. So when I sign up it’s usually a little spread out. I try to do a good job keeping track but this one got by me. I found myself checking in on the F3 runners and mumble ruckers on Sunday and good thing I did…Focker DM’s me and being the solid site Q he is, sends out a reminder and checks to see if I need anything for the Q I was scheduled for the next day. Also good that I saw week 0 for IPC for a little inspiration.
PAX in attendance: Boss Hog (R), Holy Roller (R), Yankovic (R), Ruby (R), Focker, Colonel Klink (welcome back!), Shade Tree, BigBird (QIC)
COR, disclaimer was given and we would start out with a little mosey around the block of the courthouse.
COP: SSH, Grass Grabbers, Abe Vagodas and Runners Stretch with RoL, RR and Pigeon Stretch. Switch it up and do the same thing but on the left.
BLIMPS: 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 IC Imperial Walkers, 20 Merkins, 25 IC Plank Jacks, 30 Squats.
The Thang: 50 of each-Merkins, Dips & Squats followed by 1 lap around the courthouse. 25 of each and 2 laps around the courthouse. 10 of each with 3 laps around the courthouse.
The PAX crushed it leaving us with some extra time so we Bear Crawled about 25 yards and then did 20 Merkins. Crab Walked back and then did 20 J-Lo’s
The Fun: Wonky Donkey, planking for entirety of the song and completing two donkey kicks every time we heard Wonkey Donkey (Colonel Klink may or may not have shared his disdain for silly kids songs…)
Little bit of Mary: Colonel Klink would call out Freddy Mercuries, Focker had us doing a bunch of Flutter Kicks and of course Holy Roller would bring us home with some Burpees until time was called.
Circled back up for COR, NOR & COT: Focker announced the November challenge in honor of Chad Wilkinson. 1000 weighted step ups (Woof!). Be on the lookout for more details to follow. We lifted up a couple of intentions and YHC asked us to recognize and be mindful of the small good deeds that we do every day. People are watching and in dark times let our goods deeds inspire others to do the same.
Always an honor to lead.
Until next time…
