When I went to bed last night, little did I know that the snow would accumulate over night. After sliding down my driveway, the main roads seemed good.
I arrived early to setup the potted plants, sandbags, ruck, jump rope, and my own coupon (Jewel, I know you all have them available on site). I also brought music this time as well.
There were four pax so it provided for some good mumblechatter. It included: Ambulance Chaser, Worm, Diane Dukes and Meter Maid (Q). Ambulance Chaser is new pax member who lives near the Garden. It sounds like he will be heading the awards dinner tonight with his M. Remember, it has moved to the Raven (not Diamonds). Worm will be traveling nearly the entire month of February. It will span from West Virginia to Miami. Speaking of travel, Diane Dukes returned from a work trip to Dallas. All of his talk of restaurants has me hungry as I type this backblast.
I provided a disclaimer and we did a relatively quick COP. It consisted of Toy Soldiers IC, Grass Grabbers IC, Kendra Newmans (Arm Circles), and Michael Phelps OYO.
It was a traditional heavy with the push being farmer carrying two 30 pound potted plants around the islands. The exercises consisted of T-holds, rolling rows, curls, clean and press, shoulder shrugs, ruck merkins, manmakers, burpee over blockie, bent over rows, bent over flys, overhead press, and jump rope. I stopped the push in the last four minutes and we rotated in one minute increments until time was called. You will have to ask Diane Dukes and Worm about Warren G and Nate Dogg’s Regulate next time you see them.

We moved the weighted toward my vehicle and then circled up at the Flag. We did COR and NOR. Make sure to check out the Feb 18th Winter Olympics ruck at the O. Awards banquet is tonight at the Raven starting at 7pm. We did intentions and closed out with a prayer and then an Our Father.
Always humbled to lead,
-Meter Maid
