Disclaimer given and off on a quick mosey (.25 miles) and circled up for COP.

SSH, squats, merkins, and kendra newmans to get the blood flowing.

Circled up on the green space and completed a pyramid of the following (all together)

10 burpees

20 big boy situps

30 merkins

40 lunges

50 squats

40 lunges

30 merkins

20 big boy situps

10 burpees

slow mosey of .25 miles.

Rinse and repeat

For set 3 we cut the reps in half and moseyed to the flag.
