8 stations placed around St. Al’s to equal about a half to 3/4 mile course. We ran the course once to go over the exercises.
We did 5 reps 1st lap and increased by 5 each subsequent lap. We completed 3 laps before calling it at 6:05 due to lightening in the area. (YHC personally thinks the PAX did not want to do the 20 burpees to start the fourth lap and voted to mutiny)

In all seriousness, I’m thankful for the men that came out this morning and calling it due to weather was the right thing to do. I’m thankful nobody got hurt, and we still got to workout.
