What a fantastic morning to be out in the gloom. This workout keep me busy last week at my gym, so I modified a few thing but the general purpose was the same. Work through the list on the left (Chest Press, Squats, Curls, Leg Extensions, Shoulder Press, Deadlift, Negative Situp with a Dumbbell) do 5 sets of each until failure. In between each set, pick an exercise on the right and do as many reps as you want then tally on the board as a group. Most impressive to the Q – Pullups with 205 and dips at 340, plus everyone did a few burpees.
As always, it was a pleasure and honor to lead this group this morning.
