The workout is simple:

Run 1 mile

11 Merkins on 30 seconds for 22 minutes

5 Pull-up on 60 seconds for 22 minutes

Run 1 mile

My request is we do this workout in silence to really think about the suffering these brave men and women go through. No music. No talking. Just you and your thoughts.

Modification for Pull-ups: 10 Ass to Grass Squats, 10 Big Boy Sit-ups, or 5 Burpees
