It has been a while since I have Q’d at the O, but it is always nice to come back to where it all started. Especially on a beautiful 71° morning. Oh, and rain. I gave the disclaimer and then we moseyed to the tennis courts.

Circled up and stretched and warmed up with 20 SSH, Kendra Newmans, 20 Mountain Climbers, 20 Imperial Walkers, 20 Abe Vigotas.
Line up on the baseline and did suicides using the far baseline of the 4 tennis courts performing an exercise at each line. First round was 1 Burpee, Second was 5 Merkins and Last was 10 Squats. Then we moseyed over to the bathroom.
We alternated 2 exercises for 3-4 minutes with 10 reps each time. The exercise order was:
1)Jump Ups / Carolina Dry Docks
2)Dips / StarCild Jumps
3)Wall Kicks / Davincis
4)Monkey Humpers / Merkins
Moseyed back to the tennis courts for one more go at the burpee suicide and then circled up for some Mary.
We circled up for name-o-rama and named our FNG Jinxy, @BockelmanJeremy. Tclaps to Jinxy for making his first post on a rain soaked morning! We also thanked Basic Bro, @JasonLey, from @F3GrandRapids for visiting.
