Chances are you missed my Q this morning @ Vets. That’s okay because in the spirit of the season, Santa Handbook is giving each of you a second chance to experience a Christmas beatdown sure to leave you struggling to lift your drink tomorrow night.
The workout will be focused on the upper body/core and will be fueled by a banger of a holiday music soundtrack. There will be very little running but your heart rate will most likely suggest otherwise. Coupons will be required so please come with a cinder block, ruck, or sandbag. I will have a couple extras on hand for those without. Gloves are highly recommended. Be ready to get after it! HO HO HO!
