3 HIMs showed up for a beautiful Monday morning in the Parklands for a simple but effective tabata-ish WO.
PAX: Bob Ross, Edward Scissorhands & Methane-Q
Warmups : SSH, Toy Soldiers, Abe Vigotas, Kendra Newman’s, Down Dog & Mountain Climbers
Thang 1: 6 exercises per round. 1 minute to complete 20 reps of 1st exercise, when the next minute started you then had 1 minute to finish 20 reps of the 2nd exercise….and on….and the end of the 6 exercise (6 minutes for those keeping score) you took a lap around the parking lot and repeated. Exercises were:
20 Overhead Press
20 American Hammers (in cadence)
20 Weighted Squats
20 Freddie Mercury (in cadence)
PAX went through 4 rounds and finished up with some Mary.
