Sunday Runday Funday turned out to be Sunday Runday Oneday. PAX – Vincent. Solo run in preparation for the relay and mini marathon. 8.5 miles on a beautiful sunny morning. We don’t get up for easy.

Last Thursday I followed Abacus around in the dark for a cold weather beat down! Since this is a new location I did a little recon Saturday in the daylight. There is a fitness loop on the grounds and 5 tennis courts for that extra suicide leg. Who is game?? #Getbetter!! SYITG

PAX of 2 made it out for a Sunday afternoon run. Little Jerry and Vincent logged 6.3 miles today. Little Jerry apologized for the slow pace 8:17/mi.
