Backblast – The Bridge 10/10/18

The weather is changing and the PAX was ready for what could be the last 70 plus degree morning for a while.  20 PAX came ready and we began the morning by wishing Red Roof a happy birthday (late by a day but it’s the thought that counts!).  Disclaimer followed and we moseyed to the COP.

PAX:  Lube Job, Iceman, Forced Close, Swifty, Alexa, Valdez, Jitterbug, Retainer, Maxi, Red Roof, Huggies, Pew Pew, Captain Insano, Dynomite, Big Bird, Mamma Boy, Layers, Lady Bird, Methane.  Q: Double Down

COP:  20 SSHs, 20 Imperial Walkers, 15 Grass Grabbers, 20 merkins, 5 boyos since I could not count Abe Vigodas

Thang 1:  Pair up and each pair gets a coupon to Dora

Partner 1 – 50 burpee coupons; Partner 2 – run to end of parking lot and back; switch off until done with the 50 burpees

100 coupon curls – again, partner 2 runs to end of lot

150 coupon squats – partner 2 runs to end of lot

Thang 2: Jack Webb – 1 merkin, 4 air presses, 2 merkins, 8 air presses, and so on finishing with 10 merkins and 40 air presses

Thang 3:  Indian Run to the  Bridge

Thang 4:  Partner 1: bear crawl to top of bridge and run back; Partner 2: squats; switch; rinse and repeat

Time flies – mosey back to the flag.

Announcements – Addition of Charitable Cause page to our site; thanks for Miyagi being in good health with a couple of bruise after car accident – his words were powerful that we need to make every interaction count and how much F3 makes a difference in our lives.  Support for Bob Ross for loss of Carolyn Wintergerst-Weston:  support by giving to the GoFundMe site or check slack where Bob Ross posted a link to support a glider bench in her memory.

I am truly thankful for F3 – a great group of HIMs!
